Who we are
Momentum Living Real Estate L.L.C (“Momentum Living”, “we”) is a real-estate brokerage licensed in Dubai under DET licence 1606417. We broker labour accommodation, warehouses, sub-leases and industrial land in the United Arab Emirates.
What we collect
We collect only what a brokerage needs to act on your enquiry or listing:
- Company details: company or landlord name, address, trade licence number, VAT registration number and authorised signatory.
- Contact details: contact name, mobile number, WhatsApp number and email address.
- Your requirement or availability: property type, capacity, location, budget or rent, terms, and whether MOHRE approval and Ejari registration are needed or available.
- Documents you upload in support of a listing, such as title deeds, tenancy documents, trade licences or MOHRE certificates.
- Technical information your browser sends, such as device type and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and to improve it.
Why we use it
- To verify that enquiries and listings come from real companies, including confirming your mobile number by one-time code.
- To match requirements against available listings and present suitable options.
- To contact you about your enquiry or listing, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed brokerage.
Who sees it
Tenant and landlord details are not exchanged directly. Landlord names, contact numbers and exact plot details are not shown to tenants, and tenant details are not published to landlords; a Momentum Living agent handles contact between the parties.
We share information with service providers that operate this site on our behalf — for example hosting, SMS delivery for verification, and email delivery — and with authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and listings are kept for as long as we are working with you and afterwards for the period required for our records as a licensed brokerage. You can ask us to delete details we no longer need.
Your choices
- You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct them.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete details we are not required to keep.
- You can withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time; we will still contact you about an active enquiry or listing.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores a small amount of information in your browser to keep a form you have started, to remember your language, and to remember that your mobile number has been verified. This stays on your device.
